With partnerships with the Douro and Porto Wine Institute and Tourism of Porto and Northern Portugal, CIMDOURO believes that these entities give an extraordinary dimension to the Douro Passport and redouble the certainty of success that it formulates for it.

The Douro Passport is a project that starts from a simple but dynamic and, essentially, very practical idea. That is, visitors to the Douro can obtain the Douro Passport in the interactive tourism shops of the 19 municipalities, and start their journey to discover 76 points of interest in this geographical area of more than 4 thousand square kilometres that is CIMDOURO.

When passing through each of the points of interest, they stamp the Passport and when they complete their “journey” through the territory of CIMDOURO, tourists will receive a certificate of excellence and an exclusive offer from the Institute of Tourism.
