The panel entitled "A Linha do Douro" (The Douro Line), by the painter Manuel Casal Aguiar, depicts people traveling along the Douro, in a sentimental journey that today feels like a historical evocation of everything that has defined the character of the people of this land. The proximity to the CP station underlines the significance of the duality of departure and arrival in a city and region that have given so much to Portugal. The panel covers 223 m2.
