Description
Located near the village of Vilarinho da Castanheira, the restored roller mills at Ribeiro do Coito are part of a bucolic, countryside leisure area. Visitors can enjoy pure contact with the surrounding nature while appreciating the ingenuity employed in the construction of these workshop structures. The two restored mills were part of a much larger area that houses, in addition to identical constructions, other functional buildings such as dovecotes, ovens for baking bread and small living spaces, all of which make this area known as the "village of the mills".
