Description
The Necropolis of Senhora do Monte, spread over approximately 3 km, includes a group of 7 Dolmens: Nossa Senhora do Monte, Carvalhal, Turgal, Lapinha and Sangrino, which have already been duly studied. The Nossa Senhora do Monte Dolmen is perhaps one of the largest and most imposing in Beira Alta, and in the best state of preservation, dating from the IV/III millennia BC.
